Subscription refund and plan cancellation
I cancelled my subscription at the end of November (due to a price increase. 2 times), after which I was offered to use the adob package for free for two months. i accepted the offer, and today i was charged for a new package. x2 of the previous price. without warning. i want to request a refund and cancel my subscription. how do i do this? for some reason i can't manage the plan (it writes an error that there is a problem with the payment method - although the money was charged today). i would be grateful for help!
