Subscription renewed despite cancellation!

On 08.02.25 I entered in my profile and cancelled my subscription due to renew on 08.03.25. On the screen I saw a message confirming that I can use my subscription until 08.03.25 and after this date my subscription will be terminate. Today I saw my card statement for March, and I saw that Adobe billed me £21.14 I am really upset because I am retired and no longer need to youse convert from pdf. I really do not need the service, and I do not want to pay for it. What should I do. I am sure that I have cancelled on 08. feb. 25. I am in the UK, is there somebody I can contact on the phone?

Thank you Jane for replying.

I had reported the issue with my bank and they promptly reversed the debit. I also cancelled the direct debit that has been in place for quite a few years. So my issued is now solved. I tried the link you sent, and also tried to reach manage my account with my email and password. I can still access Adobe website, but I do not appear to still have an a/c. So hopefully no more problems going forward.

I had cancelled trough manage my a/c on 08.02.25 one month before expiry on 08.03.25. They took the money on 26.03.24.

Hi there

I have used the free trial and cancelled the subscription on the same day. And i still got charged a week after using the free trial and cancelling my subscription. I am upset about this. Am i able to receive a refund please?
