Subscription renewed despite cancellation!
On 08.02.25 I entered in my profile and cancelled my subscription due to renew on 08.03.25. On the screen I saw a message confirming that I can use my subscription until 08.03.25 and after this date my subscription will be terminate. Today I saw my card statement for March, and I saw that Adobe billed me £21.14 I am really upset because I am retired and no longer need to youse convert from pdf. I really do not need the service, and I do not want to pay for it. What should I do. I am sure that I have cancelled on 08. feb. 25. I am in the UK, is there somebody I can contact on the phone?
