subscription should be cancelled but Adobe keeps on charging on unknown stuff without invoice record

I noticed that I have been charged monthly $14.29 for Adobe/Adobe photophy plan for a very long time i noticed at least since 2022 from the trasection history. I had the Also my plans page does not have this on it. I only had  Creative cloud and Indesign plans previously but had both cancelled. The creative cloud plan has been cancelled for a long time and Indesign plan(a $29.99/month package) i only canclled this month but i dont see any invoice to show why i am still getting charged for a $14.29.  Very confusing and unhappy and looking for an answer here.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
