If the charge you're referring to is the recent renewal charge, refunds for eligible cancellations are typically processed automatically according to Adobe's subscription terms. Once approved, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

I also recommend confirming that you're signed in with the same Adobe account used to purchase the subscriptions. It's common for customers to have multiple email addresses and accidentally check the wrong account when reviewing plan status.
