Subscription suspended but I'm still paying

Hello,
I switched subscriptions two or three months ago, moving from Illustrator to Photoshop. I also added my new bank card. I no longer have access to any applications, even though my bank account is still being charged for Illustrator. I can't change my bank details, cancel my subscription (on different browsers), or contact customer support. Could you help me?

You may need to use a different device, since you I don't see any records of you attempting to contact us and you were redirected to this public discussion forum. ^JW

This is unacceptable. I requested to cancel my subscription a month ago, and I no longer have access to my payment method or my invoices. There's nothing I can do on your site 'cause is not working. I've been paying the subscription for three months without having access to the app.
