Substance 3d monthly plans, actually month to month?

With the Substance monthly plan, is it actually possible to sign up for, say, two months, if you have a project need, and then cancel or suspend, without a few (other than the monthly payments)?

    with the cc monthly plan, you can cancel after 1, 2 or any number of months without penalty. 

     

    if you sign up for the annual plan (even if paid monthly), you are obligated to pay for 1 year and if you cancel earlier, there's a penalty.
