I created a school account to download the student version of Substenspainter. However, in the second step, there was an error in the form. I want to know where the error occurred.And I want to know the solution. Ask for help. This is an urgent matter.

it says your id is invalid.

the solution is to contact your school's plan admin and ask if you're eligible for substance painter and, if the answer is yes, to clarify what email address you should use to create your adobe id.
