Hi

Using substance3d painter on my student account and it expired, so I reinstalled it and used trial mode for 30 days as I had to submit work, now it has expired but I still have a year left on the plan which stubstance painter is included. I cannot get the product to activate (keep getting there is an issue to contact the server (status 410)). Please can someone advise what to do? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing substance and logging out of adobe cloud account and signing back in but no joy. Many thanks for any help.

If the account is though your school, you may need to contact the plan administrator there.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
