Suddenly all my invoices are in English and have a wrong billing adress. No Customer support?

Today I downloaded my latest Creative Cloud invoice. It was now in English (was in German until now), looked different and, what is really strange, had a wrong billing address.

So I checked some old invoices. They all changed retrospectively.

 

I attached a screenshot, that shows my invoice for 08/2020 twice. On left is the one I downloaded back then (in German). On the right is the one I downloaded today. 

Furthermore, it is really annoying that there is no way to contact any customer support on the German website. No chat, no phone number. At least I didn't find anything. I constantly got redirected to the FAQs, where none of this was listed. I really need my invoices with the correct billing address.

Does anybody have an idea, what's going?

Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately the link to the chat doesn't work for me. I get redirected to this page (s. screenshot) and I can't find it there.

The phone link works, though. Guess I'll call them.
