Suddenly receiving a pop up saying I'm on a free trial when I have a valid license of adobe acrobat XI

I’ve been using adobe acrobat pro XI for around 10 years in a printcenter. Suddenly when I open acrobat pro I’m getting a message saying that I’m on a free trial and have 30 days left. When I try to put my license back in I receive a message saying the license was either revoked or invalid. I spoke with adobe support but they can’t help me because acrobat pro XI is too old and it was a one time subscription. 

I realize that the licensing servers have probably been shut off but is there any way I can keep using this software?

    But why all of a sudden? I’ve owned this license since 2015. Nothing has changed.

    there was problably a recent event (that could have occured outside your computer) detected by adobe.

     

    eg, your serial number may have been discovered on the dark web or elsewhere.

     

    from whom did you purchase the license? is it an enterprise license or individual?
