Question

Suggestion to acknowledge customers who have long term Creative Cloud subscriptions

I am annoyed that customers who have been loyal for many years (about 8 in my case) with Creative Cloud, do not get any recognitions in the pricing or other perks.

The reason I am saying this is there is a current, short term, deal  for Creative Cloud which will get new users the suite for about half price for a year. And current subscriptions cannot take advantage of it.

Of course a deal for new customers is perfectly good incentive.

However, the rest of us get taken advantage of, with no discounts. Nothing.

But I wanted to suggest that perhaps Adobe could create a progressive discount for users the more years they are subscribed.

Much like insurance companies reduce premiums when there are no claims.

It would acknowledge those people who have been paying Adobe literally thousands of dollars over the years.

And would go a long way towards some good will I imagine.

Cheers,

Norman

Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals are introductory rates for new customers.  After the first year, regular rates apply.

    That's how it's always been.

Adobe offers generous discounts to eligible Students / Teachers.  And they partner with TechSoup to discount software for non-profit orgs with 501c3 tax status.

The Photography Plan for $10/month is a deeply discounted bundle of software & services for digital photographers.

    • Photoshop CC and Photoshop on iPad,
    • Camera Raw,
    • Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web,
    • Lightroom Classic,
    • Portfolio website + hosting,
    • Adobe Express (free starter plan),
    • Bridge,
    • 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB).

Adobe Express is free.  Premium service is $10/month and contains mobile & web-based graphics & video apps for social media content creators.

    Hope that helps.

It's the same with most companies: internet services, tax prep software, etc.

I hadn't spotted the "Account, Payment, & Plan Discussions" group before I posted this. And thought the Lounge was the closest.

I've now posted this into the above group, so this post is a duplicate, sorry. But I can't delete it...
