SUPORT - I canceled my subscription and need a refund

My membership was renewed without my knowledge. I do not want to use it and I canceled it on the first day. I want my money back. Please help. I will not use this product but 1 year's money was taken from my account without my permission.  cancelation number AB04988700778CTR

subscriptions automatically renew.  ie, if you don't want to renew, cancel your subscription a few days prior to the scheduled renewal.

I am waiting agent but no one connect. Is there any support mail adress for writing our problem? Because there is no request area for payment. Also I can't delete my card informations. This is like fraud. I don't understand how adobe can build such a system

Elçin, please see https://adobe.ly/41g8LMO for information on how to cancel your active subscription. If you are using a device or network managed by an organization, then you may be blocked from completing the cancellation process or contacting us.

I would encourage you to use a different device or work with your organization's IT department to allow you to complete the cancellation process on an unrestricted device. ^JW
