Suspended subscription

Can someone explain what exactly happens if your subscription gets suspended? Do you have to pay any fees or the rest of the remaining bill?

So far as I know, a subscription cannot be suspended. Only cancelled. If you cancel a yearly plan there is usually a penalty.
