I have received an email stating my account as been suspended and that they have tried to contact me.

I checked my billing history and all monthly payments have been made on time with the next one not yet due.

who do I contact regarding this email?

Also, know that the email address that it appears to be sent from can be spoofed.

Do not believe all emails you receive.

Sadly, bad actors & phishing schemes are all too common.

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away! Real Adobe employees will never reach out via Outlook, Yahoo, or Gmail.

Smz, please report the message as SPAM and check your device if you clicked on any links. The only message that Adobe sent to this account in December was your verification code and the password reset confirmation.
