Switch to Premiere for Teams?

Hello, a friend and I are forming a new video company together. We have each been using creative cloud separately, but we're interested in moveing to Premiere for Teams. If we purchase Premiere for Temas, does that reduce the cost of our current Creative Cloud memberships? Is Premiere for Teams a separate app, or just a way to share the regular Premiere files.

Any info about the differences is greatly appreciated.
