Switching plans

Hi,

I've got a few issues i wanted to ask about.

1- my plan was initially £16.24 when i first started it it then went to £24.96 in the second year and has just jumped to £56.98 i wasn't notified about these changes, I'm just wandering if anyone knows why these might have changed?

2- i want to change to plan i can access with my uni (it will use the same email for the account as i currently use my school email address) i can only sign up to the plan through my universities website, so i was wondering if anyone knows how to switch to that plan.

3- similarly i tried a while ago to cancel my subscription i thought i had and it just charged me for the upcoming month, but my subscription continued, so i was going to wait till the end of the billing year, i didn't  expect it to roll onto the next year, so now the cancellation has going back to the start of the year and it's extortionate to cancel the plan which i can't affronted, and the price if my plan has more than doubled and I don't know why?

Basically i just want to know if there's a way to cancel my plan without paying a crazy amount so i can then switch to the plan through my uni, of if there is a way to directly switch to the plan with my uni?

Also if anyone knows why they can change the price of my plan without prior notice?

Also if anyone if there's an email address I can directly ask questions to rather than the virtual assistant?

Sorry for the long post

many thanks

1. there are increases related to inflation/increased adobe costs.  for some countries this is substantial.  more info, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/subscription-price-increase-2023-individual-plans.html

2. contact your admin

3. contact your admin

if you are your own admin, you can get help via adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
