Switching plans - No suitable offers

Hello there,

I'm trying to switch from the Lightroom 1TB plan to the Photography (20GB) plan but everytime I try I get the messsage:

No suitable offers /!\

We're sorry, we could not find any suitable offers.

 

To switch, I go to my plan, Manage Plan > Find a better plan, Change your plan > and select the Photography (20GB) plan.

 

I might be able to cancel my  current plan but will have to pay some amount due to canceling before 1 year.

Both plans are at the same price, so I thought moving from one to the other would be fairly simple.

 

Anyone got any idea on how to switch plans?

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
