Switching to a Creative Campus Free Subscription

Hello! I currently am paying student prices for a plan, but my school is now an adobe campus. Is there any way to switch to that plan without paying the cancellation fee? I need access to Substance Designer which is not even part of the plan that I am paying for. I know there is a switch plan button but I can't find a way to connect it to my campus' plan.

If your school offers Creative Cloud with your tuition, you'll need to obtain it from them.

And then cancel your individual subscription with Adobe.

School & University plans are entirely separate from individual user plans.  They cannot be combined.

As far as I know, you can't switch, you have to cancel what you have

To do that without a fee you need to contact support

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks
