Talk to a person?

I need to actually talk to somebody about my business issue with Adobe. Is that possible? Should I stop payment on our accounts? Will that get somebody's attention?

I am very frustrated by this company. Please provide a phone number for me to call. I can no longer interact with chat. They didn't understand my request to cancel my accounts and now we have to pay for another year's subscription? That's deceptive business practice.

If it is a business account (team or enterprise account) don't phone, don't use chat; they are for regular retail accounts. Use the Admin Console to contact the right department.
