Tax ID is registered but Adobe keeps charging Chilean VAT (19%)

Hola.

(helpx.adobe.com/cl/account/individual/billing-and-payments/view-billing-and-invoices/update-tax-identification-number.html)

Gracias.

    Thank you for posting, Gleeful_play.

I understand how frustrating it is to continue seeing Chilean VAT applied after adding your RUT and reviewing Adobe's documentation regarding tax identification numbers.

Based on the information you shared, I can see that your RUT is now appearing on your invoices and that the billing information has been updated to AG DESIGN SPA. However, I am unable to determine from the Community why VAT continues to be applied to your Creative Cloud Pro subscription or how the tax information is currently being classified within Adobe's billing systems.

Because your questions involve the tax treatment of a specific account, our support team will need to review the account configuration, tax information, and recent invoices directly. They can also clarify whether the current VAT handling is expected for your subscription and address your questions regarding alternative subscription options, including Creative Cloud for teams.

When you contact us, please provide the invoice number, the tax information currently shown on the account, and the HelpX article you referenced so the team can investigate the discrepancy.

I understand your concern given the difference between the documented behavior and the invoices you are receiving. If you have any additional questions, please let us know in this discussion. ^JW
