Teacher discount expired for retired teacher

I was told that my Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan for student and teachers has expired and renewed at the standard rate. In 2020 I received a teacher discount even though I was a retired teacher. For a period of time, in 2020 Adobe was more flexible on the educational requirements. I would like to ask Adobe to extend my teacher discount. I have proof that I am a retired teacher. I taught Adobe products at several colleges from 1990-2011. Any suggestions on who to contact? Even if it is a long shot, I would like to state my case. I believe it has merit. Thank you, Margaret Phanes.

Thanks for your years of service teaching our children, Phanes.

I am very sorry, but the educational discount is only available to active educators. Teachers must renew their credentials every three years, which is different from the yearly requirement for students. If you are not actively teaching students, Phanes, then you will no longer qualify for the education discount. Please see https://adobe.ly/4kgScXo for complete information. ^JW

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
