Teacher discount query - any help for freelancers?

Hey,

I now work with my university as a freelancer. I have no access to a university account or ID so it seems I cannot qualify for Adobe teacher discount. As a result, my monthly price would significantly increase to £66.49 a month. I cannot afford to pay this price. As a result, regrettably, I have had to cancel my account. I do use Adobe suite in my freelance work but cannot expect the uni to cover my subscription.

Any ideas how I can subscribe again and continue to use without the big leap in monthly costs?

Thank you for explaining your situation. I completely understand how difficult it can be when your work setup changes and the cost of tools suddenly increases.

I do want to be transparent that we’re not able to offer a cheaper subscription or extend the teacher discount without an active, eligible academic ID or account.

I know this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience it causes you. We truly appreciate that you’ve been using Adobe in your freelance work, and I hope we get the chance to support you again in the future if your circumstances change.
