Techsoup non profit pricing not working

I requested creative cloud via tech soup.  I received my approval email today, which says click this link to get creative cloud pro at a 49% discount.

When I click the link, it shows regular price $69.99, a 49% discount, and a new monthly price of $384/month!  If I follow the purchase path, it wants to charge me $69.99 a month.

I tried the adobe chat and it connected me to a sales person who offered me Creative Cloud at a 20% discount.  Anybody else having issues with getting creative cloud through techsoup?
