hi, ive got to know that my institution has gotten the access to adobe for temporary use. However, i couldnt sign in, with my student email, saying that there is an error. Ive tried multiple times and it still doesnt work. i talked to my lecturer and friends, to find out that they could do the same action without facing any problem. is there anything i can do? what can my solution be? thank you.

Contact your school's IT dept for assistance.  They must set this up for you beforehand.  And you need to sign-out and sign-in with the Adobe ID and password they gave you.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your school's designated ID and password.

Post back if you have any questions.
