TERRIBLE Customer Service
Just wanted to let everyone, and I mean I will let EVERYONE know how awful the customer service is with this company. I was told I would get a refund for $249 back in March, and was told it would take 5-7 business days. Well, here we are on April 21, and still NO REFUND or CREDIT. I called them today, kept getting disconnected (5 times, which I completely believe was intentional) and when I did finally get to talk to someone it was with people that I could NOT understand very good at all. Their English skills are extremely poor. When we finally got thru what I wanted, they sent me a verification again that the refund was made, and then proceeded to close the CASE before I could check to see if the refund was made. I called my bank, and NO refund or credit was ever made! I'm tired of getting lied to, I just want my refund!
