I am not able to receive text communications from Adobe?

Unable to receive 2 factor authentication via mobile?

Need assistance to resolve.

I am not sure. I have a personal subsciption I believe. The issue is I am unable to receive text responses from Adobe for some unknown reason. So my 2FA only works via email verification. Not via text.
