The account doesn't exist and they want to charge the card.

An account was created by me to use the CC subscription. I specified my details, used the trial period, wanted to change the subscription, but the system says that my account does not exist. Now I'm constantly being charged money, but I can't use it because I can't access my account! Solve the problem. Technical support does not exist in Adobe, only a robot with answers in the form of FAQ.

To avoid the robot, in the chat type AGENT and you shall be connected to a human.

@kglad I responded to the OP's remark that Adobe support has only a robot with answers in the form of a FAQ.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

It can't be done because the chat asks for an active plan, meaning I have to buy a subscription to be able to chat with tech support! This is a mockery of the users. Adobe has become like IBM. I hope Apple is found on its head so they stop dominating the market, such bullying is rare!!!!
