The Adobe Account don't let me enter to the «Manage plan» section of Creative Cloud.

When I go into the Adobe Account page and under the Creative Cloud plan I click the button «Manage plan», but instead to go to that section, I got the dialog «You purchased your plan from Adobe Store. Visit the your vendors platform to make changes to your plan.» which prompts me the option «Close» and «Go to your vendors plattform». If I click on the second option, it just reloads the very Adobe Account main page. How can I go to the «Manage plan» section?

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

in the chat field, type AGENT
