The AI is of no help and I can't find any way to get help
I have a problem regarding another account I have made but forgotten the email to and that account has been billed, I want to cancel the subscription connected to my card but every time I try to get help the AI chat can't help and refuses to connect me to a human because I don't have an active plan... I find it very frustrating that I can't get help without paying for a subscription when the problem I have is because of the fact that I can't access the account I am being billed for.
