Hello, I'm an author and I converted my code, but this month I was still charged. How come?
Greetings

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

What do you mean by "converted your code"? Do you mean you cancelled a subscription? If so, what did you subscribe to?

If not, please clarify and tell us the Adobe app.

No, as a contributor every year I receive this message: Congratulations.
Click here to choose and redeem your Creative Cloud app.[Preliminary note].
Then I also received the email that the conversion code had been accepted
and that my photography plan was valid until February 2025.
But at the beginning of March I was charged €11.68 and the next charge is
in April 2024.
How come?
Thank you and greetings

contact adobe support.   there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
