Hello, the monthly fee was charged to the card but it is not shown in the adobe account and it keeps showing me a message about the subscription payment not being made, what should I do now, they do not support my language on the phone, how do I contact them

I asked my bank and they said the first payment was transferred to adobe, I paid again and now it hasn't charged the money from my card, I don't know what's going on

Thanks for the update,Logodruk, If you have already spoken to your bank about your current payment method, then please use a different method of payment to update your account. You can use the steps suggested by Kglad at https://adobe.ly/3EshT81 to update your payment method and make the account current. ^JW

from the sound of that, adobe's having a problem accepting your payment.

 

does your adobe.com account show the payment problem?
