the plan cannot load

Hello, I have a problem with creative cloud, namely after purchasing a photography plan, I can download and use the Photoshop and Lightroom applications, but the plan cannot be loaded on my account, and generative credits cannot be loaded. After purchasing the plan, do I have to wait for some time until everything is loaded or is something wrong?

Can you please confirm the type of plan you have purchased ?

 

Is it enterprise, teams or an individual license ?

Hello :), thank you very much for your response, my problem was already solved by Adobe support at the first attempt, I had a block on the windows firewall which blocked Adobe and the connection to the network
