they let me pay without they're right

Hi guys, I just endet my free trail account on premiere pro of my free trail, but they deducted mony from my account, can anybody help me ? or explain why this could happen? I

I cacneled more than on time, so this can't be the reason. 

I would be realy greatful if anybody could help me

unless cancelled, trials automatically roll into subscription (per the info when you started your trial).  after your trial you still have a 7 day grace period in which you can cancel and get a refund.

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
