"This email address is not allowed. Please use a different one." error while creating a new account

Hi,

I have a friend who has a problem with her email address while creating a new Adobe account. The form says "This email address is not allowed. Please use a different one.". I thought that maybe she had the account in the past and deleted it or something, but that's clearly not the case, because when I tried to create a new account with the brand new email (which I created like few minutes ago) I got the same error.

clear the browsers cache and cookies and retry. or use a different updated non-opera browser.

I tried that in incognito modes of current Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Edge and DuckDuckGo and nothing worked, I still get the same email. It seems for some reason my domain is being rejected, but I can't really understand why.
