My annual prepaid plan for Adobe creative cloud ended on Feb 3, 2026. My renewal date was also Feb 3, 2026, and I received an email saying I had to cancel before my renewal date to not be charged. I cancelled on Feb 2, 2026, and it didn’t charge me. 

I keep getting a message saying I cannot purchase the monthly plan because I already own creative cloud.  When I look at my plan tab on the website. It says: “Services will expire on February 3, 2027.” I think this is preventing me from buying a monthly subscription.
