This purchase is not supported

I have recently decided I would like to have access to more Adobe apps as I intend to do more than just utilize Lightroom in the future. I see that their is a student option for the upgrade but I am met with this error message even after cancelling my Lightroom subscription fully. I have added my student email as my secondary and I could create a new account linked to my student email but I do not want to lose all of my photos.

Please let me know what to do so I can upgrade my account to the higher plan.

>not want to lose all of my photos.

You should always have local copies of all files, not just in the cloud

I use a Sata docking station and SEVERAL 'bare' drives for backup

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
