hello. I responded to an older post here yesterday about this topic but trying to go there now just unhelpfully redirects to the "Download and Install Community Guide," so I am starting afresh.

 

I allowed my subscription to lapse to try to save money but none of the other less expensive apps out there do what I need them to, so now I am trying to restart my subscription. However, every time I try to do so, it tells me "this purchase is not supported you already own creative cloud pro." 

 

A suggestion I saw said it might be because the credit card is no longer valid, and that is true. However, it also does not give me the button to press to put in a new card.
