I reviewed the account and can confirm that you purchased both Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2026 and Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2027. The charge you are seeing is not a duplicate charge for the same order. Instead, there are two separate purchases associated with your account.

Since Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2027 are the newer versions, keeping both versions generally does not provide any additional value. If you intended to use the current release, I recommend requesting a return for the additional purchase to avoid paying for two versions of the same product.
