Tired of waiting for a refund.

I would like to know how I can get real help.

A two weeks ago Adobe charged an unauthorized payment for a subscription that it had managed to delete before the end of the trial period. I have been trying for almost three weeks to get my money back but I think Adobe has simply stolen my money. My bank began a long investigation and they showed me and it appears in the record that Adobe took the money from my account, however, they deny having any payment, I don't even have an official invoice in my account. For the bank it is impossible that it was a mistake, it is proven in the system that Adobe has the money, but they categorically deny it, I have the receipts that prove the information but the chat and phone calls have really been useless, it is always the same answer. My bank says that I should solve it directly with Adobe and my bank  it is a serious entity that I trust, I doubt they wants to scam me but it seems that Adobe does, please help.

what's your account show? active subscription? cancelled subscription?

Hi, here's an update of my situation. First of all, I got fully refunded of the amount Php 4,386.00 with no deductions and I am really grateful to Adobe's deed. I started the refundment process 5 days ago (also the day I accidentally purchased two subscriptions), I cancelled the two subscription plan, and with no other option but to wait for 5-7 business days, it was really a stressful week for me. I didn't check my bank account regularly so I waited for full 5 business days, but they actually already sent the refund 2 days prior to the minimum days they told me to wait, it means that I got full refunded in just 3 days only, I am amazed. I can assure you guys that it is worth to wait, request a refund as early as possible, and don't do too much request because 1 request is enough and that's what I did (You can also message their contact support for assurance if you are really anxious just like me). Although, I don't receive a notice from Adobe that they already returned the refund (from my email) but it reflected on my bank account, and that's the most important thing. Thank you @kglad for being there, and to the Adobe!

Can somebody help me please? I used a free trial subscription to use all creative cloud apps and adobe stock (Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB & Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month subscriptions) cost over Php 4,386.00 (in Philippine Peso) which I have no intentions in purchasing these two, I forgot to cancel it on the day before the trial ends, it was my mistake and really devastated. It is been two days now since I requested a refundment and I know it is still too early to expect the refund but can somebody assures me that they will give me the full refund?

Hi, thanks for the reply! I can't find where exactly can I see my refund status but anyways I've already contacted one of their staffs assured me that they will give the refund 5-7 business days, I'll just wait. I just wanted to know if there is anyone that have the same problem as me right now, I've seen a lot of hateful comments on the internet about refunds and I am kind of nervous, I hope it does not happen the same to me as they happened to them.

Hi @eliase43288450 ,

As per your account details,

  1. You subscribed for Adobe Premiere Pro on May 07, 2024 and cancelled on June 04, 2024 which makes the tenure more than a month. Refund can only be initiated only if the cancellation is done within 14 days.
  2. Also, this is not the first time you subscribed for the plan. You used Adobe Premiere Pro between July 09, 2023 and August 16, 2023 as well. Free trial and refund can only be utilized when you subscribe for the app for the first time.

I'm sorry if there was any confusion. I hope it clarifies your doubt for not receiving any refund from Adobe's end.

Thanks,

Shivangi

If you cancelled before the end of the trial, you'll have the cancellation e-mail from Adobe.

The only advice we can give is to recontact Adobe customer service and try to persuade them of the facts. Credit card charges can be booked back if you claim an undue charge, but that depends on your bank /credit card.

you have to recontact adobe support and/or your credit card issuer.

Of course, I have done everything that my bank and Adobe have requested. I have been talking on the phone and online chat with Adobe for two weeks, but it's impossible that they don't know anything. This had happened to me with other companies or products, but they always refunded the money shortly.

no one hear has any insight into the facts of your case.  if  suspect fraud, tell your credit card provider.
