To Adfobe

Hi, I am from Ukraine and I have a problem. I can't continue pay for using your product (buy (new-agayn) with my Adobe-ID).
From my bank ПриватБанк (PrivatBank) money go awey and than come back (so something wrong from your side).
(maybe it's related to the war in my country)
But I want use a ligal Adobe-product. Is there any possible to solve this problem?
