Too costly plans for indivisuals

"Why did Adobe increase the pricing of its plans?"
If somebody running a business etc they can paid because they are earnings but if our earnings is low then how can an indivisual buy these expensive plans.
For an indivisual, it cost around Indian Rupees 7500/- almost double of it's previous plans. 
"Why are they creating a monopoly?"
So many people cancelled their subscription & swithces other softwares in the market.
Adobe company is growing in softwares but downgrading through subscriptions.
