Too many sign ins pop up

Hello i had replied to an earlier post but it was locked. I am constantly just in the last two weeks or so getting "Theres already too many instances of this program" pop ups when I sign into adobe illustrator and acrobat. Never in photoshop. I only use the same two machines I always have, also I shut down each of the individual computers when I am done but it keeps duplicating the same sign ins and not seeing them as the same. I had followed all the steps instructed online and via adobe to no avail. I keep having to end all sessions and sign back in. Its getting very annoying. Could someone please look into this as it seems I am not the only one having this issue. I am not using different machines, Just two mac minis, one at home and one here. I never sign into these accounts anywhere else and have done so for at least a year. This just started about two weeks ago. It started after I updated adobe the last time.

Raven, thank you for the updates. I would agree with both Kglad and Shivangi and recommend you use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/46NHMu9 to increase the security of your account. This will also be one of the first steps that are recommended, and maybe required, before additional investigation is performed on your computer and account.

If you have set up two-step verification, and the sign-in errors continue, or if you do not want to take additional steps to secure your account but instead want to speak with someone directly, then click on https://adobe.ly/3Kgd1Ft to be connected with a member of our team who can help you further. If you are unable to reach anyone or are redirected to these public discussion forums, then use a different device to contact us. ^JW

Raven, what is the exact text of the error you are receiving? Are you only being blocked from accessing Illustrator and Acrobat, but not Photoshop? What other Adobe applications are installed on the computer? ^JW

I just get the too many sign ins pop up on illustrator or acrobat. If I click learn more the pop up goes away and i can continue working. Occasionally I have to shut the programs down and resign in or go online and boot all the duplicate sign ins out of the programs. They are all the same sign in just duplicated. Ive attached an example of what im speaking about. They should drop off like they used to when I sign out. I shut down all computers when I am done but it keeps just duplicating the same sign in. Doesnt happen all the time either. Its random and sometimes it just in the middle of the day during a project ill get that notification. As stated this just started happening after the last update and nothing has changed in almost a year with my set up.
