Transfer Creative Cloud Subscription

Hello, its been three months since I bought an Adobe CC subscription on my College ID. But now what is happening is that, the college is deactivating College IDs (I don't know why apparently) due to which I'll be facing issues with the 12 Month Annual Plan. I cannot cancel it since it slams a hefty early cancellation charge. What should I do? Is there a way to transfer the subscription to another ID?
