transfer of license

Hi, I was told that in order to submit the Transfer of license process I need a case number which would be given to me by Adobe. I cannot find though the way how to contact them and ask for such a Case number. Have anyone done it already? Katja

It is not education but a standard one. I cannot find on the Adobe web where to click in order to ask for the case nuber, which I need in the Transfer of license form.
