Transfer personal license to admin account

Hello,

 

I work for an MSP and we have a customer who purchased personal Adobe licenses in the past.

Now they want to transfer them to a single corporate managed account.

We have this admin portal at other customers.

 

My question is: Can we transfer the existing licenses to this admin portal or not?

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
