Transferring assets and libraries to a corporate account

Hello all,

I am in need of advice. My company was recently aquired by a larger company that wants me to cancel my current CC subscription and use their corporate account. I've had my current account for 10 years. What am I going to loose by switching accounts? Everything I'm reading indicates that I'm going to loose libraries and other assets. Does anyone have a good way to minimize the pain and suffering that I fear is in my future.
