Trapped in a plan I do not need.

I desperately need to cancel my plan but cannot without a large charge. I tried changing my plan to the cheapest option for the remainder of my year commitment but in doing that, it started my "year" over. Can I please get my plan canceled immediately without additional charges.

Did you manage to get out? I'm trapped in a subscription I don't use and it still wants to charge a crazy get out fee after a year! No way to contact anyone for help, absolute joke.

@Izzbee

you can access help here and use adobe support, but there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to break your agreement with adobe.
