Trate de actualizar el medio de pago de mi cuenta, y me cobraron de nuevo.

Hola! necesito ayuda, tengo el plan de todas las aplicaciones de adobe que consegui en oferta, y pague el plan anual, con una tarjeta proxima a vencer, trate de actualizar el pago, y ahora tengo dos planes, uno de $1163 pesos que era el que pagaba anteriormente, y uno nuevo con fecha actual de $2050 pesos, y quiero cancelarlo, pero me cobra una multa, no se que hacer, y no se con quien contactarme!

Yo tengo el mismo problema que tú y no le veo ninguna solución. Creo que continúan conbrando hasta que venza la fecha de suscripción.
