Question

Trial Access when I purchased cloud as a student

I purchase the creative cloud software through my school account. I paid 20.99 plus tax and I only have trial/ limited access to the cloud software. I really do not want to pay for another month of cloud after only 7 days, because I do not have enought money to afford it. Please help me out if you can, thank you.

If this is a school Enterprise account, contact your school's IT dept.  They will need to grant you access.

I will attempt this, thank you. I'll post my answer to the Nancy OShea here as well. It is a paid, personal account. However, I am a student and I purchased creative cloud through my student email to have the reduced cost of 20.99.
