Trial Ends Today March 3

I have a trial ending March 3. I tried to cancel and it says I have already payed for another month and it I cancel the service ends immediately. 

Why can't I cancel on the last day of the trial without further charges?

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have an active plan for Acrobat Pro and are falling within the refund window. Please try to cancel the plan as described in the help page https://adobe.ly/3XoIM2V

Amal,

Thank you. I did as you recommended and the trial account was cancelled.  But I noticed the March charge was charged to my bank account. I'.m not sure why. How can I request a credit.
